Sylectus, a provider of Web-based transportation management software, said its mobile application is available for the iPhone.

The Omnitracs subsidiary launched its Sylectus Mobile app for Android devices last year.

Sylectus said the app enables fleets to track drivers and loads in near real time and allows drivers to take photos of documents and index them directly to the order.

The app also integrates with Omnitracs’ Driver Workflow application, Sylectus said.

“With the new Sylectus Mobile application for iPhone, our customers now have the flexibility to choose the platform — Android or iPhone — on which they run their business operations,” Sylectus CEO Stu Sutton said in the Feb. 6 announcement.
