Cryopak,a cold chain packaging company, has released a line of insulated shipping products and solutions for the distribution of reptiles.

Cryopak product manager Eva Langen said the insulated shipping products are needed within the industry to help maintain product integrity.

"We have seen an increase in the need for temperature sensitive shipping products within this industry. Cryopak is responding to the demand with our new line of shippers designed specifically for reptiles and amphibians," Langen said.

Cryopak's thermal packaging engineers create custom insulated packaging solutions to ensure that the packaging will maintain temperature integrity, said the company.

The new line of shippers can be used at all times of the year in any climate.

Besides complete kits, the company also manufactures gel packs, insulated shipping containers, phase change materials, and temperature monitors to ensure that thermal control is maintained throughout the shipping, handling, and storage process.
